An introduction of sorts

Creating a home in an overpopulated internet

For some time now I’ve wanted a space to expand upon the thoughts I normally use long instagram captions or twitter threads to explore. As someone who has pursued writing for other outlets I thought it time to create a home for my thoughts rather than metaphorically sofa surfing the digital platforms of others.

Now in this new little home of my own this is a space to collect the thoughts that deserve a bit more exploration and a place to store the exciting projects I get to work on that have previously been strewn across the internet and various internet search combinations. As the world becomes nearly fully digital and he spaces that we create in the ‘real world’ more and more limited it felt like the perfect time to collate my catalogue of work, being sharing more of what I’m up to and enable a creative outlet.

So, who am I? In the simplest terms, I’m Sarah, in my twenties and someone whose life has been defined by being autistic and living with chronic physical and mental health conditions. I’ve so far lived in a world that isn’t made to accommodate me, or people like me and everything I have done has been to challenge why the world serves a chosen few while others are excluded.

From me, you can expect blogs that meander through to the points I want to make and reactions to what is happening in the world. Probably a bit longer than this original post and hopefully just as wry as I am in life.
